Bioss Biotechnology® GmbH was founded in 1972 as a trading company for pipettes and scales with its headquarters in Straelen. In the early 1990s, Bioss Biotechnology® started with the production of diagnostic reagents. In 2005, Bioss Biotechnology® relocated its headquarters and main production plant to Wiener Neudorf, which is in the Straelen, Germany. After expansion of our headquarters 2014, we are now obtaining more than 4000 m2 state-of-the-art production facilities with the most modern technology in machinery and process flow. Today, Bioss Biotechnology® is a renowned manufacturer and distributor of Diagnostics and Laboratory Equipment. We dedicate ourselves exclusively to supporting the clinical laboratory and supplying a complete range of products. Including 5 subsidiaries located in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Serbia, Slovak Republic and China, we are a total of over 120 employees. Bioss Biotechnology® is active around the globe. Presently, we are engaged in business relations worldwide and we are supplying our wide product range to more than 100 countries. We maintain a quality management system certified according to ISO 1345874:2004. These standard represents the requirements for a comprehensive quality management system for the design and manufacture of medical devices. The majority of products are CE marked according to the In-vitro-diagnostic medical device Directive 98/79/EC. With more than 45 years combined experience in production and distribution of in vitro diagnostics, we are firmly committed to continuously adding innovative new products in the future.
